At The Mind Atelier with Capt. Amita, we value your time and are committed to providing timely, uninterrupted psychological services. This policy helps ensure fair scheduling and effective care for all clients.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are confirmed upon successful booking and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice. Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as late cancellations and may be subject to the full session fee.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible.

Your therapist will wait for 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you do not arrive or join the session within this period and no prior communication has been received, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee may be charged.

If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.

Refunds

Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes by the Practice

If The Mind Atelier with Capt. Amita needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or, where applicable, receive a full refund.
